Update payment details and billing details, or see invoices
This page describes how to use the Stripe Payment portal to update the payment or billing details of your subscription.
Log in to the Payment Portal
The Stripe payment gateway handles payments for energyGuard Hub products and services. Please note that only the account owner can perform these actions.
To log in to the Payment portal:
- Make sure you use the email address you’ve registered upon purchasing the 'Savings as a Service' subscription
- Click on the Find out how to update payment details or see your invoices here. below to access the Stripe Payment Portal
Go to payment portal - Type in your email address
- Check your email for a link to login to your customer portal and follow that link

Update payment details
You must be the account owner to perform these tasks. If you are not an account owner and you want to change your payment method, contact the account owner.
To change your payment method:
- Log in to the Payment Portal as instructed above
- See PAYMENT METHOD
- Click Add payment method
- Add your card details
- If you have Strong Customer Authentication, authorise the card in your bank’s app
- If applicable, delete the previous payment method
The Billing and/or shipping information on your account is the address you want to appear on your invoices and receipts.
To change the billing address:
- Log in to the Payment Portal as instructed above
- See BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Click Update information
- Change your Billing and/or Shipping address
- Save your changes
See invoices
Account owners have the ability to view and download invoices for their Stripe accounts.
To view invoices:
- Log in to the Payment Portal as instructed above
- See INVOICE HISTORY
- Select the invoice you want to view or download
- Download the Invoice or Receipt in PDF format
