energyGuard Hub shows a low battery symbol

If your energyGuard Hub is not receiving power from your heating system, it will display a NO POWER indication on the screen. To troubleshoot this issue, please follow the instructions below.

Check the fuse box

If your boiler fails to turn on, it is advisable to first check the functionality of other appliances and power supplies in your home. If they are working properly, proceed to inspect your fuse box and ensure that all fuses are in the correct upright position. If the cause of the issue still remains elusive, we highly recommend seeking the assistance of a qualified engineer.

Check the timer or spur switch

Please check if there are any additional heating controls, such as a timer or programmer, that may have interrupted the power supply to the energyGuard Hub or boiler. Make sure to switch these controls to a constant ON setting and verify if the heating system starts working again. Similarly, if you have a fused spur switch, ensure that it is not switched off and that the light is still on.
