If your screen happens to go black, you can try performing a hard reboot to resolve the issue. A hard reboot involves the removal and reattachment of the front panel. You can use the safety tool in the image below to take off the front panel. If you don't have the safety tool on the image below skip to step 2b.
Step 2a: Remove the front panel using the safety tool
Place the safety tool on the left side of the energyGuard Hub, making sure that the release buttons highlighted in yellow* in the image align with the tool. Gently push the tool towards the right until the buttons are engaged, and simultaneously pull the screen to detach the front panel from the base.
Note: The energyGuard Hub itself does not have any yellow highlights. The yellow highlights in the image are only meant to indicate the location of the buttons. Please refer to the video below for a visual demonstration.
CAUTION: Please exercise caution and ensure that you align the right side first before reattaching the front panel, as forcing it back on without proper alignment may lead to bending the connector pins.
Step 2b: Remove the front panel without the safety tool
If you do not have the safety tool available, an alternative option is to use the tip of a small screwdriver to press one of the release buttons that are highlighted in yellow* in the image. Refer to the video below for a visual guide on how to remove the front panel using this method.
Note: The energyGuard Hub itself does not have any yellow highlights. The yellow highlights in the image are only meant to indicate the location of the buttons. Please refer to the video below for a visual demonstration.

Step 3: Reattach the front panel
Once you have it off, wait 20 minutes before you reattach it. Make sure you align the right side of the front panel with the base plate first and then push the left side until it clicks.
