Disable Channel Optimisation Virgin Media

Using the browser of any device connected to your WiFi go to http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1

The Settings Password is located on a sticker on the back or bottom of your WiFi router.

  1. Once logged in click Advanced settings 
  2. Then then click Wireless
  3. Finally click Wireless Signal

  1. Under the heading Smart Wifi
  2. Find the option Disable Chanel Optimisation and ensure its checked

Finally click the Apply changes button
